Ingredients:Cane sugar, cream, salt, starch, citric food acid, Spirulina, carminic acid colour, vegetable fat, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk solids, emulsifiers(soy lecithin 492,476), flavour, whey powder(thickener 407,412), glucose corn

By nature our fudge is gluten free, however our desserts are not made in a gluten/nut free environment. We do our best to avoid cross contamination but may contain small traces.

Each hand cut piece is approximately 120grams
